Spa Policies and Guidelines

  • A credit card or a deposit is required when booking appointments. 25% of the cost of your requested service will be charged immediately. The remainder will be procured after the service. We will remind you of your appointment the day before, via text or email. We require 24 hours notice for cancelling appointments. Thank you for understanding.

  • Gratuity is always at your discretion. We appreciate it greatly, but it is not expected.

  • Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We may have to shorten your service if your arrive after your scheduled start time.

  • We strive to always provide excellent customer service with our clients. If you are not pleased with your service, please bring it to the attention of the receptionist at checkout. We will do everything we can to make it right.

  • We are aiming to provide a tranquil atmosphere in the spa. Please silence your phone while you are with us, so that you, our other clients, and our staff may be fully present in our space and with our services.
